Outfity APP General Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a valid contract between [APP Operating Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as "we") and you, the user of the Outfity electronic wardrobe and outfit APP (hereinafter referred to as "this APP"). By clicking to confirm within the APP, actually using this APP's services, or accepting these Terms of Service in other ways, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. Before accepting these Terms of Service, please carefully read all the content of these Terms of Service. If you have questions about any terms in these Terms of Service, please inquire through the feedback channels within this APP or other contact methods we provide, and we will explain the terms to you. If you do not agree with any content of these Terms of Service, or cannot accurately understand our explanation of the terms, please do not proceed with subsequent operations.

1. Service Content

(1) Basic Services

We provide you with electronic wardrobe management functions. You can add your clothing information to the electronic wardrobe through methods such as photo uploads and manual entry, including but not limited to detailed information such as clothing style, color, material, brand, purchase time, price, etc., and classify and organize clothing, add tags, making it convenient for you to view and manage your clothing inventory at any time.

Outfit recommendation service is one of the core functions of this APP. We will use algorithms and artificial intelligence technology, combined with the clothing information you enter in your electronic wardrobe, your outfit preference settings (such as style preferences, occasion preferences, etc.), local weather and fashion trends, and other factors, to generate personalized outfit plans for you, including daily outfit suggestions, outfit combinations for different occasions, etc., helping you quickly match suitable clothing.

Fashion information push service. We will collect and organize global fashion trend information, clothing matching tips, fashion event information, and other content, and based on your interest preferences, regularly push relevant fashion information articles, images, videos, etc., to keep you informed of fashion trends and gain outfit inspiration.

(2) Value-Added Services (if any)

We may provide advanced wardrobe management functions, such as intelligent wardrobe inventory, automatically identifying the quantity and categories of clothing in your wardrobe through image recognition technology, and generating detailed wardrobe reports; or providing clothing matching history records and comparison functions, making it convenient for you to view past outfit records and conduct comparative analysis, better understanding your outfit style changes.

Exclusive outfit consultant service. You can pay to enjoy one-on-one professional outfit consultant services. Outfit consultants will provide you with customized outfit suggestions and shopping recommendations based on your personal needs, body characteristics, lifestyle, etc.

Community membership service. After paying to become a community member, you can enjoy more community privileges, such as your published outfit sharing content receiving more exposure opportunities, participating in exclusive member outfit challenge activities, priority participation in offline fashion events, etc. The specific value-added service content and functions are subject to what this APP actually provides.

2. Service Fees

(1) Free Services and Paid Services Description

This APP provides some free services. You can use electronic wardrobe management, basic outfit recommendations (recommendations based on general algorithms), and some fashion information browsing functions for free.

For the value-added services mentioned above and other paid functions that may be launched in the future, we will clearly mark the charging standards and billing methods. The fees for paid services may be calculated based on factors such as service type, duration, usage volume, etc. For example, advanced wardrobe management functions may be charged on an annual subscription basis; exclusive outfit consultant services may be charged per use or by package; community membership services may be charged on a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription basis.

(2) Payment Methods and Payment Process

We support various common payment methods, including but not limited to WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, etc. You can choose a payment method suitable for you at the paid function entry within the APP according to the system prompts.

After you confirm the purchase of paid services, the system will guide you to complete the payment process. After successful payment, you will immediately obtain the usage rights of the corresponding paid services (if there are no special circumstances, if there are special service activation time requirements, they will be separately explained in the service terms). If any problems occur during the payment process, such as payment failure, duplicate deductions, etc., please contact our customer service personnel in a timely manner, and we will assist you in solving the problem.

(3) Fee Adjustments and Notifications

We reserve the right to adjust the fees for paid services based on market conditions, operating costs, service optimization, and other factors. Before making fee adjustments, we will publish announcements in prominent positions within this APP [X] days in advance to notify you. The announcement content will include detailed information such as the adjusted fee standards and effective dates.

However, for some special paid services, such as exclusive outfit consultant services where services have already been actually provided, refunds will not be supported. 3. Service Usage Standards

(1) Legal and Compliant Usage

You promise to comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and other relevant countries and regions when using this APP's services, and shall not use this APP to engage in any illegal or non-compliant activities, including but not limited to creating, uploading, copying, publishing, or disseminating information containing the following content:

  • Opposing the basic principles stipulated by the Constitution;
  • Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
  • Damaging national honor and interests;
  • Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
  • Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstition;
  • Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
  • Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or inciting crime;
  • Insulting or defaming others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
  • Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

You also need to ensure that your behavior in using this APP's services complies with the basic ethics and standards of the internet industry, and shall not engage in any behavior that disrupts network order or interferes with other users' normal use of this APP's services. For example, you shall not send spam emails, engage in phishing, maliciously boost likes, boost comments, create fake traffic, etc.

(2) Account Security and Management

You need to register an Outfity account before using this APP's services. You are responsible for properly keeping your account information, including but not limited to username, password, verification codes, etc. You should ensure that you do not reveal your account information to any third party. If any losses and consequences are caused by the leakage of your account information due to your own reasons, you shall bear them yourself.

If you find that your account has security issues such as abnormal logins or being stolen, please immediately contact us through the feedback channels within this APP or contact our customer service personnel, and we will assist you in taking appropriate measures to protect your account security. At the same time, you should cooperate with us in related investigations and provide necessary information and assistance.

You shall not use others' accounts or obtain others' account information through illegal means to use this APP's services. If we find that you engage in such behavior, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate your use of this APP's services and pursue your legal liability.

(3) Respecting Intellectual Property Rights

When you upload and publish your personal clothing photos, outfit sharing content, and other information within this APP, you grant us a global, permanent, irrevocable, and free license, allowing us to use, copy, modify, display, disseminate, and promote this content for the purposes of providing this APP's services, function optimization, market promotion, etc. At the same time, you declare and guarantee that you have legal ownership or usage rights to the content you upload and publish, and that this content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests. If we suffer any losses or bear any legal liability due to the content you upload and publish infringing on third-party rights, you shall be responsible for compensating us for all losses and bear the corresponding legal consequences.

(4) Not Abusing Service Resources

You promise that when using this APP's services, you will not excessively occupy, nor cause programs or processes to excessively occupy our server memory, CPU, network bandwidth, storage space, and other resources, thereby bringing serious and unreasonable load to this APP service platform or other users' usage, affecting this APP's normal and smooth connection with the network, or causing this APP service platform products and services or other users' usage to experience lag, downtime, inaccessibility, and other situations. For example, you shall not use this APP to engage in internet mining and other behaviors that excessively consume resources.

We have the right to monitor and manage your resource usage when using this APP's services. (3) Service Termination

In the following circumstances, we have the right to terminate providing you with this APP's services:

  • You use this APP's services to engage in illegal and criminal activities, or your behavior seriously damages our legitimate rights and interests or those of other users;

6. Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

(1) Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages caused by using this APP's services or being unable to use this APP's services, including but not limited to losses caused by data loss, business interruption, profit loss, personal injury, etc., our liability for compensation will not exceed the total amount of fees you actually paid to us for using this APP's services within [specific time period, such as 12 months] before the damage occurred (if any).
