For example, based on the clothing photos you upload and preferences you set, combined with AI analysis technology, we generate outfit combinations for you; based on your location information and local weather, we recommend suitable clothing combinations. Among them, through AI analysis of the clothing photos you upload, we will return clothing style, color, style, applicable scenarios, and other analysis data to help you better manage your wardrobe and outfit combinations.
(2) Personalized Recommendations
Using your usage information, preferences, and AI-analyzed clothing-related data, we will perform data analysis and algorithm calculations to provide you with personalized clothing recommendations, outfit inspiration, and related advertisements and promotional information, improving your user experience and satisfaction in Outfity APP.
(3) Service Improvement
Through analyzing your usage behavior, feedback, and AI analysis-generated data, we continuously improve and optimize Outfity APP's functions, interface design, content recommendations, AI analysis model accuracy, etc., to better meet your needs and expectations. For example, based on users' frequent use or feedback on certain functions, we upgrade or adjust those functions; based on user feedback on AI analysis data, we optimize AI analysis algorithms to improve the accuracy of analysis results.

Sharing with Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who provide us with technical services, data analysis, server hosting, payment processing, and other services. Among them, our user data storage service is provided by Alibaba Cloud. We will share your relevant information (including but not limited to registration and login information, device information, usage information, photos and videos you authorize to upload, and AI analysis data, etc.) with Alibaba Cloud for data storage services. At the same time, to achieve AI analysis functions, if related AI technical services are provided by third parties, we will also share necessary user information (such as clothing photos you upload) with such third-party technical service providers under the premise of complying with laws and regulations and strict confidentiality agreement constraints. All the above third-party service providers can only use your information within the scope of providing services for us and are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

If business needs require information to be transmitted overseas, we will take appropriate security measures (including but not limited to signing confidentiality agreements with recipients, adopting encrypted transmission technology, etc.) to ensure your information security and comply with relevant laws and regulations on cross-border data transmission.

For example, after you cancel your Outfity account, we will notify Alibaba Cloud to delete or anonymize your personal information according to relevant regulations, but we may retain necessary log information for a certain period to meet legal compliance requirements or conduct security audits.

We adopt various security technologies and management measures, while requiring third-party service providers such as Alibaba Cloud to also take corresponding security measures to jointly protect your personal information security, prevent information leakage, loss, tampering, and unauthorized access. These measures include but are not limited to:
Data Encryption: Encrypt sensitive information (such as your account password, uploaded clothing photo original data, etc.) for storage and transmission, ensuring data confidentiality during storage and transmission processes.
Access Control: Establish a strict access permission management system, limiting only authorized personnel to access your personal information; at the same time, require third-party service providers such as Alibaba Cloud to also establish similar access control mechanisms and audit and record all access behaviors.
Security Vulnerability Management: Regularly conduct security vulnerability detection and repair, timely respond to newly emerging security threats; at the same time, supervise the security vulnerability management of third-party service providers such as Alibaba Cloud to ensure their services meet security standards.
Emergency Response: Develop emergency plans to quickly respond to and handle security incidents, reducing the impact of security incidents on you; if Alibaba Cloud or other third-party service providers may cause information security risks, we will urge them to handle them promptly and notify you in a timely manner according to legal requirements.
6. Your Rights
(1) Right of Access
You have the right to access your personal information stored in Outfity APP, including account information, electronic wardrobe content, outfit records, AI-analyzed clothing-related data, etc. You can query and access through this APP's settings function or related interfaces.
(2) Right of Correction
If you find that your personal information (including inaccurate data derived from AI analysis) has errors or inaccuracies, you have the right to require us to make corrections. You can submit correction applications through feedback channels within the APP or contact our customer service personnel, and we will process them promptly after verification.
(3) Right of Deletion
Under circumstances that comply with laws and regulations, you have the right to require us to delete your personal information. For example, when your personal information is no longer necessary for achieving Outfity APP functions, or when you withdraw your consent to our collection and use of your information (including requiring to stop using your photos for AI analysis and delete related analysis data). You can submit deletion requests through relevant functions within the APP or contact customer service. We will process them within a reasonable time and notify third-party service providers such as Alibaba Cloud to cooperate in deleting related information, but please note that in some cases, it may not be possible to immediately delete all information due to legal requirements or business needs.
(4) Right to Withdraw Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to our collection and use of your personal information at any time. You can withdraw consent by closing relevant function permissions (such as camera permissions, location permissions), modifying APP settings, or contacting our customer service personnel. For example, after you withdraw consent to AI analysis of clothing photos, we will no longer use your subsequently uploaded photos for AI analysis, and will stop providing you with AI analysis-related services, but this will not affect our legitimate processing behaviors conducted before you withdrew consent (including reasonable use of completed AI analysis data).
(5) Right to Cancel Account
You have the right to cancel your account in Outfity APP at any time. You can find the account cancellation entry in the APP settings and follow the prompts to operate. After canceling your account, we will notify third-party service providers such as Alibaba Cloud to delete or anonymize your personal information according to relevant regulations, but we may retain necessary log information for a certain period to meet legal compliance requirements or conduct security audits.
7. Minor Protection
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under 18 years old, before using Outfity APP, please carefully read this privacy policy with your guardian and use this APP and provide us with your personal information only after obtaining your guardian's consent. We will not knowingly collect personal information of minors. If we find that we have collected personal information of minors, we will immediately delete such information and notify third-party service providers such as Alibaba Cloud to cooperate in deletion.
